Kintsugi Therapist Collective is a community of therapists and aligned care workers dedicated to embodied and liberatory visions of care.

Kintsugi Therapist Collective (KTC) is a virtual community offering embodied care, support, wisdom, and resources to trans and non-binary, BIPOC, chronically ill, and disabled mental health providers.

KTC was created by Anastasia (Onyx) Fujii, LCSW (PA) and Asher Pandjiris, LICSW/MA (MA); two chronically ill therapists struggling to achieve sustainability in private practice, while also caring for complicated bodies, raising children, and facing ongoing experiences of trauma and oppression.

KTC recognizes that care workers are whole people, many of whom come to this work with complex physical, mental, and emotional care needs. KTC sees, values, and aims to respond to the realities of therapists and aligned care workers navigating the challenge of maintaining active, successful therapy practices without being harmed by the toxic, ableist, and oppressive expectations embedded in extractive business models and clinical training programs.

KTC believes that thoughtfully planned, well-supported private practices can provide stability to practitioners, in addition to those we serve, by learning to live and model existing for our own wellbeing, not for everyone else at the detriment to ourselves.

KTC exists as a source of mentorship, support, and affirmation — and as a reminder that our wholeness matters and liberation is possible.
