Our Offerings

Embodied Private Practice Cohort
Now enrolling to begin October 2024

The Embodied Private Practice Cohort is a year-long mentorship offering for therapists and aligned care workers who are beginning or revisioning private practice with a focus on embodiment and sustainability. Combining reality-based, capacity-conscious practice and business consultation, mentorship will focus on the ways that providers can be nurtured by their practices, avoid burnout, and commit to sustainability, self care and healing. This program will be focused on centering and valuing the unique experiences and challenges of mental health-focused care workers with lived experience of chronic illness, disability, mental illness, trauma, and oppression; with expansive thinking about and active undoing of the harm caused by the well provider/unwell patient binary expectation in mental health and wellness fields.

Weekend Intensive: Mending With Gold
Now enrolling for June 7-9, 2024

Join KTC’s co-directors for a virtual weekend intensive with a concentrated and highly personalized curriculum designed to support care workers*. We hope to challenge the unrealistic expectations of the care work industrial complex, nurture pathways for reconnecting with pleasure and develop enlivening professional practices/strategies.

*This program is designed to support therapists, somatic practitioners, and other aligned healthcare practitioners.

Advanced Embodied Consultation Group

This program is open to any practitioner who has already completed participation in an Embodied Private Practice Cohort. It is a continuation and deepening of the case consultation component of the cohort experience, with a focus on embodiment and sustainability.

Barriers to Nourishment
Now enrolling to begin September 2024

Barriers to Nourishment is a group facilitated by Asher Pandjiris, LCSW (Co-Director of Kintsugi Therapist Collective) for any mental health care worker who wants to ground in a rich understanding of how our complex relationship to food, sex, exercise, rest, desire and joy show up in our practice and in ourselves.

BIPOC Case Consultation Group
Fully enrolled

This process-oriented group is open to BIPOC therapists, somatic practitioners, and other trauma-informed providers. The group will meet monthly to explore the cases, dilemmas, and growth edges of its participants; with a focus on sustainability, embodiment, and liberation. This offering is intended to create a safer and softer space for BIPOC care workers to connect, build community, offer and receive support; giving voice to our valuable perspectives and experiences, as well as the wisdom of our ancestors. This group will also acknowledge and work to undo, through expansive thinking and action, the harm caused by white supremacy in mental health and wellness fields, in our own lives and in the lives of our clients.

Consultation & Collaboration

Asher, Onyx, and some of KTC’s members are available for speaking engagements, organizational training, as well as individual and institutional consulting.

Please leave us a detailed message with your interest and needs.
