Sierra is a therapist in private practice based in West Palm Beach, Florida. Sierra is the founder of Empowered Alignment, LLC, a virtual therapy practice that provides individual and relational services focused on embodied healing, connection with self and others, and establishing alignment with the authentic self. Empowered Alignment provides competent, affirming, and empowering support that centers the unique intersecting identities and lived experiences of each and every individual.
Sierra provides therapy with an eclectic and individualized approach, tailoring sessions to each individual client or relationship system. Drawing from Internal Family Systems, Emotion-Focused Therapy, somatic practices, and other evidence-based therapies, Sierra provides space to heal and grow at your own pace. Sierra especially enjoys working with LGBTQ identified clients, non-traditional relationship systems (polyamory, ethical non-monogamy), and those who are working on breaking generational curses and healing inherited trauma.
