I am happy and grateful to be here!  Some of my most important values are love, justice, compassion and community.  My clinical specialty is in healing trauma integrating EMDR, mindfulness, compassion, somatic and narrative practices.  I love supporting parents and the neurodivergent community.  I believe in the power of radical love to overcome pain and suffering and transform our hearts and our world. 

I am a white, cisgender, neurodivergent woman with lived(ing) experience with madness.  My journey as a parent, a therapist and through my own suffering has led me to unlearning oppressive ways of being with myself, my loved ones, and my clients. I am learning about radical love, care, liberation and hope. I am committed to continued learning and unlearning about privilege and oppression, intersectionality, disability justice and ways to reduce harm within the therapy room and in broader communities.
