I've always wanted to understand and connect with people deeply, and this led me to my path as a social worker and public interest lawyer.  Along the way, I've been on a journey of self discovery that has deepened my desire to strengthen connections with both others and myself. For over a decade, I worked in the nonprofit sector, addressing inequities and systemic racism in our criminal justice system, as well as combating gender-based oppression and violence. Alongside my systems change work, I spent several years providing trauma-informed therapy to children and their families in the Bronx. I think of therapy not as a linear path, destination, or as a "fix" of any kind, but instead as a lifelong journey of self discovery.

As a nonbinary, neurodivergent and neuroqueer parent of multiple children born during the pandemic, I've seen the ways in which isolation and lack of societal supports can create daily struggles for parents. My goal is to support parents in addressing those daily struggles, so that they can continue on their path of self discovery, and better understand the shifts in identity that often come with parenthood.

I provide therapy to parents and adults as they develop a better understanding of themselves, affirming their experiences with broken support systems and helping them to build and strengthen new supports. I help folks address trauma, anxiety, stress, sensory sensitivities, and other daily struggles; I also seek to help individuals deepen and build connections within their chosen community.
