I am an Asian-American (Nisei Japanese) licensed independent clinical social worker and facilitator invested in exploring trauma-informed, psycho-social-spiritual healing. I offer a relational, collaborative and eclectic approach in my intersectional practice. I value healing justice and see therapy as a creative space to explore individual and collective liberation.
The KTC Embodied Private Practice Cohort feels significant to me because it intentionally builds supportive bridges back to ourselves. I am excited to be part of this co-created space and navigate together how to meaningfully center sustainability and liberation in private practice. I am hopeful it will deepen my clinical growth and personal healing practice, in ways that explores lived/embodied experience and honors my reparative kintsugi journey.
