Anabella Bergamasco, LCSW (NJ/NY)

My name is Anabella Bergamasco and I am a Clinical Social Worker licensed in NJ and NY, practicing on Canarsie and Munsee Lenape territory (Brooklyn NY). All are welcome in my practice, and I strive to create a safer space for BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color), women, and people of diverse sexual orientations, relationship orientations and gender experiences. I am a queer Latinx immigrant and I am bilingual (Spanish is my first language), though I've lived the majority of my life in Newark, NJ and NYC. I am on the life-long journey of unlearning and challenging the biases that are inherent in the imperialist, white supremacist, heteronormative systems that have shaped the ways we relate to all beings and our environment. My intention is to face my internal and external world with compassion, curiosity, humility and love.
I provide individual talk therapy, Ketamine-assisted therapy and psychedelic preparation and integration. I work virtually and also see people in-person when necessary and appropriate. I have certificates in MDMA for PTSD by MAPS and Psychedelic Therapy and Integration from Fluence.
