I’m a white, cisgender therapist living with chronic illness. I accompany adults who have experienced abuse, neglect and usually health challenges on their journeys. Together we bring co-curiosity to contextual, interpersonal, somatic, cognitive, and emotional experiences of life. While every path is unique, a common trajectory starts with raising awareness of one’s inner workings, building collaboration within one’s system and uncovering one’s wholeness.
